SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
We use Canada Post for all shipments. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping speed. A small handling fee is added to cover packaging materials:
Canada:
- Carrier-calculated rates + CAD $2.00 handling fee
- Delivery: 3-10 business days depending on location and service selected
United States:
- Carrier-calculated rates + USD $3.00 handling fee
- Delivery: 5-15 business days depending on location and service selected
United Kingdom:
- Carrier-calculated rates + GBP £3.00 handling fee
- Delivery: 7-21 business days depending on service selected
European Union:
- Carrier-calculated rates + CAD $3.00 handling fee
- We ship to all 27 EU countries
- Delivery: 7-21 business days depending on location and service selected
Customs and Duties For international orders (US, UK, and EU), customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
